All bookings must be made through our website. Upon booking, you agree to pay the total price specified. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and other payment systems we may support. Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy [cancellation has to be notified 7 day’s prior to the boat tour date for a refund. Late cancellations won’t have refund. If the tour is cancelled by the company due to weather or other internal issues the tour will be refunded]. Any damages incurred during the charter will be billed to the credit card used for the booking.

You acknowledge the importance of safety and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff and on board the vessel. You shall not engage in any illegal activities, ILLEGAL SUSTANCIES or promote unsafe behavior during your charter.

While we strive to maintain the highest standard of service, we cannot be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred during your charter, except as required by law. We recommend reviewing your insurance options prior to booking.
